Anna is an experienced IT project manager with over three years of expertise in managing complex projects and coordinating teams. She has successfully led projects for PADS Financial, Kermani, and Presidio Investors, specializing in requirements gathering, project coordination, and business analysis. A problem solver by nature, Anna uses evidence-based metrics to identify issues, navigate conflict, and drive continuous improvement across her teams. Her ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively ensures that resources are assigned appropriately and shared goals are achieved.
One of Anna's key strengths is working under pressure, with a remarkable ability to manage timing and resources. She proudly represented her project at the WMF Expo 2023 in Rimini, showcasing her expertise on an international stage.
Outside of work, Anna has a love for coffee—starting every morning with at least one cup. After living in Italy for 1.5 years, she’s picked up some local habits and can teach you how to order food, shop, and even throw in a few colorful Italian phrases.
In her free time, Anna enjoys visiting theaters and cinemas, taking long walks through the city, reading books, or spontaneously traveling to new places.
